As we approach the dapp’s public launch, Team Don-key would like to introduce the community to an innovative new product that they have been cooking up over the past several weeks.

Don-key Farmer’s Lottery

To reward early users of the platform, Don-key is rolling out a low risk, high reward yield farming product designed to gamify the space in a way that has never been done before.

Shortly after the dapp goes public, Don-key’s No-Loss Farmer’s Lottery, will allow participants to gamble a portion of their earned farming profits without ever jeopardizing their initial stake.

The rules are simple:

  • Every month a community voted token will be made the farmed lottery prize.
  • Participants must deposit their stake by the first Sunday of each month.
  • At the end of the month, 1–3 winners will be randomly selected to claim the entire pool of farming rewards — not including the losers’ initial deposit.
  • Every 1000$ (In USD value) deposited, entitles the user to a lottery ticket.
  • Chances of winning the lottery are determined by a user’s quantity of lottery tickets multiplied by their Don-key Tier — of which, there will be 5 (Details coming soon).
  • As the TVL of the lottery increases, so too will the number of winners.

All relevant metrics, including the number of participants involved and how many lottery tickets they have will be publicly available so that the community has accurate data from which to act by. Also, for the sake of transparency, Don-key will be integrating a VRF to ensure that the lottery is 100% random.

As an extra thank you to the community, Don-key will contribute a base lottery reward of 1000$, so that the community has plenty of incentive to participate.

Fortune favors the bold, and no one is bolder than our Don-keys.

Happy Monday to all,

The team is excited to roll out many more surprises.
