Introducing Don-key Accelerated Rewards

Days away from the public beta platform launch, today Don-key presents its accelerated reward system, in which DON stakers will earn up to 100% APY (extra) on their yield farming profits.

While base profits are given in the farmed coin, whether it be USDC, CAKE, MATIC or whatever else the investor decides to deposit in, additional rewards will be given in DON according to the following tier system:

Through staking 100 DON, investors will have full access to Don-key’s range of farming options. It’s the base requirement, Tier 0.

Beyond that, each listed quantity of DON unlocks a new level of extra profitability on top of base farming rewards.

For example, by holding 50,000 DON an investor stands to get 100% more in farming profits. This applies to all the farms currently on BSC that the user has deposited in; if, for the sake of simplicity, he only farms a low risk BUSD strategy for 30% APY and a medium risk CAKE strategy for 120% APY, then through accelerated rewards, he will earn an additional 100% in DON on top of his profits in BUSD and CAKE, totaling 130% and 220% respectively.

While yield farming deposits and accelerated rewards are immediately claimable, the initial DON staked are only claimable 14 days after being unstaked.

As DON token is bridged to new networks such as Polygon, AVAX and more the accelerated APY will apply to those farms as well.

The accelerated rewards mechanism opens the door to an unmatched level of profitability, never seen before in yield farming, but also puts down the foundation to our tier system that will ultimately enhance the gamification of Don-key’s platform unlocking more and more benefits for higher tiers.
